Elliptical Residential Tower Architecture – Skyloop Residences

Elliptical Residential and Office Towers Along the Miami Coast
Location: Miami, Florida
Architectural Concept and Vertical Form Strategy
Skyloop Residences is a coastal development composed of three elliptical towers rising along the Miami shoreline.
The project forms a continuous visual dialogue with the horizon, where architecture and landscape merge into a unified spatial experience.
The podium levels create elevated terraces and open public walkways, connecting residents and visitors through fluid circulation paths and shared outdoor spaces. The towers lift gently from these sculpted forms, establishing a calm vertical rhythm against the coastline.
Coastal Landscape Integration and Public Realm Design
Curved pedestrian paths, gardens, and shaded gathering areas shape the ground plane into an active civic landscape. Movement through the site is intuitive, inviting slow transitions between indoor and outdoor environments.
Skyloop balances urban living, coastal atmosphere, and sculptural form—resulting in a presence that is serene, connected, and distinctly architectural.
